Last August’s merger of Eisner and Amper, Politziner & Mattia created the largest accounting firm in the Northeast, valued at over $250 million in revenue.

That merger was recognized at the inaugural Association for Corporate Growth New York Champion’s Awards as the middle market deal of the year. An independent body of experts representing a cross-section of the financial services industry judged the deals and chose the winner. The newly created entity, EisnerAmper, beat out other deals including the chapter 11 filing of Six Flags, the acquisition of Bowne by RR Donnelly, and the bankruptcy of the Texas Rangers.

EisnerAmper has a location in Melville, along with several offices in New York, New Jersey, Philadelphia and in the Cayman Islands.
